Description
The patch fixes the RASMaker2 program (RASMaker2.exe and rl.dll) from Max Payne 2 Mod Tools so that it can unpack version 1.0 .RAS archives instead of 1.2. It was created by CTPAX-X Team.

"Instead" implies that it was replaced, so it only supports RAS 1.0?
It patches Rasmaker 2 to open the beta format. I'm not sure if it prevents opening MP2 archives. I'd recommend copying Rasmaker 2 before applying.
