Travis Bickle from Taxi Driver. Credit for the green jacket texture goes to the creator of the Jason Vorhees pack. I took pics of the patches and button on Travis's jacket from google images. The mohawk, shoes and undershirt were made by me. As ususal, just copy the cash_pc file into your CHARPAK folder and replace the original cash skin and you're ready to clean up the scum of the earth.
