Live For Speed S2

Live For Speed S2 is a serious racing simulator. No arcade modes, no steering aids - YOU have to do the driving. In S2 you can race alone or against the AI, but the real fun is to be found online, in multiplayer mode. Racing against real people is simply the best thing and LFS makes it easy for you to do so. There are also several online racing leagues you can take part in, if you are looking for something with a more competitive edge.

Dedicated host for S2. No need to unlock this one as it comes free to for everyone who wants to run hosts (on dedicated computers).

Dedicated host installation instructions  




Step 1:

  • Download the dedicated Live for Speed host from the download page into your games folder (or any other folder of choice, eg. server folder).

    • Step 2:

  • Unzip the host by right-clicking on the file and selecting "Extract to folder ...", as shown in the following picture:

    • Step 3:

  • Configure your host by editing the file "setup.cfg", which is located in the host folder you've just created. For more information about how to get a host running, have a look at the page how to run a host, or see the readme.txt located in your host folder.

    • Step 4:

  • Run: LFS.exe /cfg=setup.cfg
