Did you play the game? If so, I would love to hear suggestions of what other features you would like to see in the game. Here are a few ideas I am toying around with:

Bonus room:
A special room in the beginning which has vending machines with stat bonuses. You get to choose one item, and this applies to your person and not your items. for instance:
+ 1 Run speed
+1 damage
+1 jump height
+1 pincushion
+5 money
+5 bombs
etc.

Utility slot:
this will be another special move that has a cooldown instead of energy. Some ideas could be:
Blood money: sacrifice one health for 2 copper
Marathon: temporarily increase runspeed
Charge: get a burst of speed and temporary invulnerability (like sugar rush)
Sacrifice: sacrifice health for energy
blade-walker : invulnerable to spikes for a time
box-cutter: improves chance of getting loot from boxes

Class Ideas:
bomberman:
helmet special: can conjour bombs, killing three enemies at once gives you a free bomb
chest: immune to your own bombs
shoes: bombs now knock you back (bomb jump!)

Viking:
Helmet special: every time you kill an enemy you can fly at another enemy in range without taking damage, bonuses to axes.

chest: (rage) killing an enemy gives you a stacking +1 temporary damage buff
shoes: +1 pincusion damage/ +1 axe damage
