H-o-H is an attempt to identify and make gameplay style choice out of the common gameplay style of SHMUPs. The paradox is one loner destroying masses and still portrayed as a hero. Instead, the player will choose to make a “heavenly” gameplay (few dangers on the screen) by playing “hellish” (destroying everything) or making the gameplay “hellish” (excessive abundance of dangers) by playing “heavenly” (minimal to no destruction of enemies).
