For the past month, I have been busy trying to optimize the game to ensure its smoothness on non-gaming oriented computers and less hardcore rigs. This does not mean it will look any worse on higher end systems: It simply ensures a higher overall quality level amongst multiple tiers of hardware.
Most of the modifications I have been doing are behind the scenes: Tweaks, Story/gameplay writing, asset creation for new areas, etc. That said, I will hopefully have some new models uploaded soon. In the meantime, I have been tweaking and making holograpic flaps and am revamping the cafeteria to have service booths, kiosks, vending machines, and more!
Here are a few shots of the updated flaps/walls of the cafeteria:
Over the next few months I hope to have a lot more content ready, so I hope to show off some really cool assets soon!
As always, every bit of feedback helps! It lets me know how I am doing and what you all think so far. Thanks for being patient with me everyone!
Do you have possibility to port it in to Unreal Engine 4
Absolutely! My plan is to complete the game in two parts. Part one will be around 2 to 3 hours at least in length, and will be here on UDK. Afterwards, The second part will be another 3-5 hours and will be on UE4. I REALLY want to switch now, although I have too much created and coded in to port it at this point (which is why it will be divided into two parts.)
Greate your game might have more features for my nVidia Physx latest particals (code free i think easy to use).I will remember this post to have in mind about up coming beast. Good succes for you and have fun with it, see you at release date
I will for sure give this a let's play on my channel!
Thanks :D That'd be awesome!
