How to install?
------------------------------
Open "gta3.img" with IMG TOOL. delete "rumpo.dff" and add my "rumpo.dff". Then poen "txd.img" with IMG TOOL and delete "rumpo.txd" and add my new "rumpo.txd". Open "carcols.dat" from the data folder and replace the old rumpo line with: rumpo, 3,1
