Rush Mode is a 5-Minute Mode with slightly loosened rules. You try to get the highest score possible within the 5 minutes. After the 5-minutes is up, you earn various bonus points based on your performance.
Arcade Mode is an untimed mode where you try and complete 50 levels, then survive Paradise. You can either compete to beat Arcade Mode as fast as you can, or try and get the highest score you can.
