I have this game on Steam, and it is one of my favorite twin stick shooters. It's really a lot of fun, the graphics are bright and colorful with a nice cartoony steampunk vibe, with lots of staisfying explosions and debris chunks to add a nice level of viscera when those cute lil cartoon troops meet their demise! Your steam mech is upgradable and can be customized with unlockable skins and effects.. I have very few complaints for this game beyond EA's deplorable DRM service - I dont know if it is still in place on Desura, but on Steam it kindly reminds me that i am in bed with the devil whenever I boot it up. Getting past that, it is a very fun shooter that does exactly what an entry into this field should do. If you want an easy to get into romp with whimsical steam powered contraptions getting the ever loving crap blown out of them, this is your game! Just wash your hands afterwards, cuz you want to get the EA off them asap.

This game contains SecuROM with a 5-Machine activation limit. Avoid it at all costs.

Requieres Steam, Origin and still nags you about another online account at start. Those guys sure know how to annoy.

The game itsself looks good and plays ok. Shooting is good, the invisible borders everywhere are annoying, collision detection and aiming is strange at times, and I got stuck two times when some story trigger wouldn't fire and I had to restart the level.

Requires steam and EA account, also comes with activation limit (its sad vanguard released it under EA) but the game itself is really polished and my rating is only about gameplay. Good graphics, environments and fun 3 stage boss battles. Upgrade system for your mech and unlockables. Good co-op both local and online (tho almost none plays online).
