Some rough poly modeling for the mini HK. only took about 15 minutes
*Grabs damage mini HK making a horrible grinding sound*
Stop whining.
*slams against wall*
I love that from T2 3D: Battle Across Time.
"He was my college roommate."
*tosses T-800 Endo-Skeleton head behind him*
"To go where no Terminator has gone before"
Wow! The mini-hk is one of the long lost Terminator designs! This 3D model appears to not be modeled after the one in T2:3D Battle Across Time, but rather after the XBOX's Terminator: Dawn of Fate game's HK Recons with a gun underneath. Basically they're "flying manhole covers," lol!
I have never seen the ones from Dawn of Fate.
as you can see in the description. the model was just boxed out.
ok I just watched the trailer for Dawn of Fate, and they had guns on the sides. but in t2:3d, it had a gun on the bottom. (which is what i was referencing.)
Oh the ones from Dawn of Fate didn't have any guns. They just had pop-out fins on the top and bottom for a small shockwave blast to knock over the player so they couldn't get a shot in. The ones in T3 Rise of the Machines had guns on the side though. Although, it's interesting to note that T4: Salvation had both pop-up fins for no real reason (maybe to broadcast data?) and machines on the side.
