Sydney is a planned Megacity. composed of 30 Maps. 15 above suface. 15 in subways and sewer tunnels.
very similar to the metro system in fallout 3.
Im sure melbourne is a nice destination and It may be added so long as I can think of a decent storyline for the townsfolk
