Version 0.1
This track is also based on a sxtrack, just like De Geul, I made about a year ago with MCM's trackeditor, some veterans might even recognize the plugin I used for it.
Troll Valley is a highspeed motocrosstrack tuned for the 125cc, however it's also very good playable with the 250cc and 500c, though it's not that much fun.
For the people that like stunting (I'm not one of them) the outerhills are very suited for some complex stunts.
I've spent a lot of time on tweaking the track for the 125cc, if you can think of some adjustments that you think would improve the track, let me know though be quick about it cause once I rendered a shadowmap I won't change the disp anymore.
I've included an overlay with an arrow so you know where to start.
Version 0.3
I had some trouble with the textures, the sandlayer only had about 6 colours in the game and the rockslayer looked to psychodelic. The rocks I fixed and I just replaced the sandlayer by a new one. I also made a pretty good grasslayer, however it didn't really fit with the sand and the rocks so the grass you'll see in another track.
I've added a physicsmap, with stone physics for the rocks, but don't worry there's some sand in all the corners. A particlesmap is also included.
I'm pleased with how the sand and rocks looks, but let me know what you think of the mask I used on them to define where there's sand and where there's rock.
For making the testing more fun I've already added a trackpath. At least on 125cc the AI are pretty competetive, though they'll get better.
Version 0.4
I've added shadows, trails, shaded particles, better overlay, restartmap and better AI.
Version 0.5
Detail of textures has improved, better trackpath for AI, better restartmap (more restart area), better looking overlay, adjusted the physics so they exactly match the textures and added a preview.
This is the final beta before the final version.
Version 1.0
Added sky, camera and objects.
