Deep Space Mine
Introduction
Hello Sausages, so in the last article we gave you a more in depth look at our art style with a few 3D renders of models to be used in the game. Today we are moving from art to sound with some
Sounds
This is the music you will hear when exploring a planet with an Icy Biome. The idea for the music was based on the idea of travelling through a ice caves and glaciers with icicles hanging.
This is the music you will hear when exploring a planet with a Desert Biome. It was made to be calming and lonely but with the sense of danger that anything could happen in this unknown environment.
This is the music you will hear when exploring a planet with a Jungle Biome. The aim was to make it sound adventurously dangerous with the thought that you are doing something fun but always wary of your surroundings.
This is the music you will hear when exploring a planet with a Volcanic Biome. It is intended to sound dangerous and menacing and there is the added punchiness to reinforce the image of a volcanic eruption.
This is the Menu Music which is, as you'd expect, the music you will hear when navigating the menus. This was the first piece of music written for the game, which set the basis for everything after it.
This is an early idea for the music that will be played in The Market as you buy abilities and drills and manage your resources by playing the stock market.
