Fear, desperation, and organized crime dominate Dawnstar, the lawless sector of the galaxy. As a hot shot pilot, you're hired to help reign in the chaos ravaging the sector. You'll be provided opportunities to transcend the chaos or exploit it and position yourself as the next major Mafioso. However, you quickly learn that there are other forces at play that may have doomed your mission before it even began. Make choices that impact the story and your relationships with your companions. Open World environment with randomly generated side missions and levels. Thousands of different pieces of equipment to customize your ship with. Co-op based multiplayer. Play with up to 4 of your friends in an open world environment.
Sadly there is a lot more work that needs to be done on this game. Potential is there.
1. controls need to be sorted. e.g some moves just get in the road. Choice of control method to.
2. firing bugs just ticking me off.
3. As much as I like cell shade graphics. I have to say I do not like it in this game.
4. Nav map is just poor.
5. sounds just seem to be way to loud for shooting that is no where near to me.
6. unable to target stations to know exactly which ones am supposed to go to.
7 Voice acting then no voice acting. (Ummmm just no!)
There is more I could go on about but it just ticks me off so much to see a game that has so much that needs to be sorted. I would have to say a Complete over haul needs to be done, before I even think about giving this game another go. But there is one thing I really liked. The music. Many know my reviews from Cheat Happens and this one is not as detailed as they are. I have my reasons. I give this game 3 paws out of ten since it is on the right track and has potential.
