toms necrons file - Dawn of War

This is an old unfinished mod currently used for asset testing purposes, perhaps it may be interesting to someone however as it contains a few interesting things, albeit mostly in an unfinished state.

Note to anyone else finding this: If you use content from this mod in your own work remember to write an acknowledgement to EzArIk(Thomas Maylam) on your mod's page (and if applicable readme file)(idealy listing what you used) (or just place the content used into a separate data folder named EzArIk (you can specify new folders of this type within your mod's .module file then simply create the EzArIk folder within your mod folder (next to your mod's data and locale folder) ) (if you want to use a lot of my assets at once please tell me first as I'd be curious to see how they will be used :) , and in some cases I may have a better version available not yet included here)
