So Darsana is just about ready for a public beta spare one or two good hl1/q3 maps! We've done some serious beta testing over the past couple of days and ironed out a lot of the gameplay issues. Fast Paced Teamplay action Objective based combat involving destroying the opposing force's god.

So Darsana is just about ready for a public beta spare one or two good hl1/q3 maps! We've done some serious beta testing over the past couple of days and ironed out a lot of the gameplay issues.

  • Fast Paced Teamplay action
  • Objective based combat involving destroying the opposing force's god[s].
  • Per weapon/class experience system
  • Attacker and victim damage messages
  • Gold system for purchasing weapons
  • Quick blocking with all melee weapons and full block with buckler
  • Shortcut key based mana/health potions
  • Regular and explosive arrows for long range weapons
  • Intuitive artistically flavored mouse over menus with details, pricing, and previews
  • florescent and effective magic weapons involving lightning from the sky, shards of fireballs ejecting everywhere, and the green aura of leech
  • Completly standalone meaning anyone using windows can download and play 'out of the box' so to speak

    I can't wait to play this! Just make sure though you optimise the game/game engine correctly, even The Hunted 1 lags on my computer! Maybe it's because of the engine, but if you know how to solve it, do it!
