Counter-strike condition zero is basically counter-strike for lonely people. that's it. single player counter-strike.
I don't think this is a remake, it's just an extension of old CS 1.6. And I don't think this is bad. Complete compatibility with 1.6, much nicer maps and models, fixed some pesky bugs... It's a good game.
A timeless classic. It's CS 1.6 but better and sharper-looking with bots that will kick your ***. CZ was mainly screwed by its development hell and late release mere months before CS: Source - but that doesn't stop it from being my personal favorite.

Counter-Strike:Condition Zero's release is overshadowed by no fewer than three new technologically advanced, highly anticipated shooters, which all cast a harsh light on what is essentially a 6-year-old game--albeit a classic one.
This is excellent. It has all that is good about original Counter-Strike, but also includes bots of various skill levels to play offline against, as well as a series of Campaign-style games with bots where various objectives are to be met.
Counter-Strike: Condition Zero (CS: CZ) je rozšíření úspěšné legendární Half-Life modifikace Counter-Strike.
Hra vyšla v roce v roce 2004 jen pár měsíců před pokračováním Counter-Strike: Source. CS: CZ obsahuje Singleplayerový přídavek "Deleted Scenes".
CS: CZ přináší oproti původnímu CS několik menších změn týkajícího se vzhledu. Modely zbraní, předmětů a postav se dočkaly úprav a hlavně postavy CT a T jsou daleko detailnější. Co se týče textur jednotlivých úrovní tak ty také prošli menšími změnami a přibylo několik drobností na vzhledu mapy. Hratelnost se vůbec nezměnila.
toto rozšíření celkově není příliš úspěšné díky dlouhému vývoji a nepříliš povedenému Deleted Scenes.
I přes tyto chyby hru jako "cskař" hru doporučuji!
