In this week's iteration we've added shooting animations and sound effects. We also enhanced enemy AI for better tracking and logic. Finally, we added a puzzle level and a new self-magnetize mechanic. We enhanced animations and sound effects because we wanted shooting to feel more satisfying and engaging. Enemy AI was improved so that the game presented more of a challenge and allowed the player to make more interesting decisions. The new puzzle level and mechanic were added to increase gameplay variety and act as a buffer between combat scenarios. For next week, we will continue making the game look better with upgraded visuals, new animations, and more music/sound effects. We will also be adding boss fights and more level types to create a cohesive experience with progression.
