So why is this addon and not mod?
Because it seems I cannot upload files when publishing as a mod.
I´ve also seen "Maps belong to the addons section", and as this scenario is kind of a map (plus XML and so on), I assumed this would be the right place to upload. Correct me if I´m wrong :)

Yeah thats true, but as the scenario is loaded through the map in Civ5, i decided to upload it here. I hope it´s no problem :)
