Guide Miley through idyllic Cherry Tree Town as she makes new friends and endeavors to persuade them to join her high school comedy club in this anime-style comic adventure game.
Explore the town and level up Miley’s repertoire of conversational topics by performing different activities such as reading books, watching TV, and visiting the art gallery, then apply those skills to persuade potential recruits to join your new club. Some skills require money to level up, so you will need to find part time jobs such as cleaning the local temple, picking up discarded bottles and making jewelry accessories.
Developed by doujin circle 773 (“Nanami)”, Cherry Tree High Comedy Club features a host of quirky characters, catchy music, and is a must-play for fans of anime and manga!
Laugh and the world laughs with you!

Comedy fanatic and high school student Miley Verisse has decided to set up a comedy club in her school, but her nemesis and the head of the student council, Octavia Richmond, isn’t about to make things easy… The school rules require a minimum of 5 students to set up a new club and Miley is 3 people short! Spring break has just started and Miley has until the end of April to recruit the 3 new members she needs to start the club or Octavia will have the last laugh!
Enjoy Cherry Tree High Comedy Club and many other great games on Desura.

I have heard this game was over-localized and references to Japanese culture were taken out. As a potential customer for games like this I don't really approve of this.
I recommend updating the translation for this game to more closely reflect the original Japanese culture this game is supposed to be about.
looks great but..that with names? come on, that so bad in japan names? Its not like there is United States of Earth yet.
Trying to install this gives me Installation Error: There are no releases available for you to play. What gives? How do I install/play the game?
Okay, got it to work. For anybody wondering, right-click CTHCC in your list of games and select Version (bottom of list) and click on Full. This will install the game.
When you start it up, there probably won't be any sound. Press F1 to open the Properties menu and check the boxes for "Play BGM and ME" and "Play BGS and SE" to enable music and sound effects.
I am having the same problem and am only able to install the demo :S
Hi, guys. Apologies for the inconvenience. I'll upload the files (& fix the music & SE default settlings) today. Hopefully that'll solve the problem. If not, I'll take it up with Desura next.
More news as it breaks - please bear with me!
Yay! I was able to instal and play the game now. btw how do you get full screen mode? I know I noticed it somewhere in the manual, but desura is doing strange and won't let me donwload the manual anymore
Good stuff. Full screen mode is Alt + Enter.
The manual is posted on moddb.com!
mmmh ok, i'll buy it looks very nice :D
