Carnivores 2 v1.1.0 CCET Patch download

This patch adds the ability for modders to change the screen offsets for the weapons. Meaning that you can actually move the weapon to the side of the screen instead of having it in the center.
This patch also includes 2 minor bug fixes that should help prevent discomfort of gameplay crashes, though they are minor and may not be noticed.
Also sporting corrected player speeds, and a fix for the camera when using the binoculars, because the mouse would still move the view rapidly, now it moves slower to compensate for the zoom level. The binoculars should be able to go all the way up to 4x magnification.
