I updated the graphics of all of the elements of the game to it looks less slap-dash, and more towards the final version.
I greatly improved the spawning algorithm for the powerups to behave similarly to a deck of cards, so there's 7 powerups, randomly distributed, per deck, and then the deck gets re-shuffled when it gets to the end.
Alternated the powerup spawns as well so one player wasn't hogging all the powerups.Fixed paddles having escape velocity from the board.Other minor bugs fixed.
