It's me again!!! Thread - Beret

Yep.
Don't worry, this is nothing too serious.I just made the hardest (kinda) Beret level, so far.

Well, I'm playing right now. So far, I just have a comment that in the first room, it's possible to infect the red closed switch blocks with white infectlings to get through the gate, rather than going through all the hassle to infect the stone block by the red switch.

I know, that is intentional.
It's like that in case you forget what can the white infectlings do.
Because it happened to me while I was testing the room.

Oh, well, I feel silly. I went the long way around!

I actually played through the whole level before it was approved, and it's pretty nasty (in a good way)! It's interesting how savestating plays such a large role that part of the challenge (in the second to last room in particular) becomes knowing when to save, load, and load backups. The final room was great, but I'm not sure if my solution was intended:

I threw one of the blocks repeatedly at Beret's underside to cancel his vertical momentum while jumping across the pit, and used the other to start the jump a bit further out over the pit.

I'm glad that someone fell for it!
Yeah, the final room is more puzzling than the others.That was the intended solution.

Using a python script I wrote and issuing the following command:

./level2png.py l87r0.room --noberet l87r1.room l87r2.room l87r3.room l87r4.room l87r5.room l87r6.room
