Not really much progress unfortunately D:, not as much as I would have hoped for anyway, in terms of the texture specs and such, most of the textures are 2048-2048, I have the odd 1024-1024 and a few scaled down a little smaller than that, but most of them are 2048 because of the ammount of detail you can get onto those textures such as scratches and metal details.
As for the rig, its custom done with my own bone system, instead of the rigging 3d Studio Max provides as that wasnt good enough, the entire model is less than 14k polygons :)
