THE PLOT

It all begins in Alannah, an enchanting place where you soon realise that your journey is about to become more complex, peculiar and involving than you expected.

The pages of a diary will lead you to the discovery of ANAMEDIA, a land of mysterious origins whose fragile balance is collapsing.

It will be up to you to understand why and to bring stability back to these places.

ANAMEDIA

Sorry, we have decided to withdraw the demo which no longer matches what the final version will be.

During the development, we made several changes and improvements to Anamedia's gameplay and graphics.
That's why the current demo would result obsolete.
Every choice has been driven by the need to guarantee a satisfying experience in all aspects so please wait patiently for the next updates.

Thank you so much! We are working hard to make it enjoyable and interesting, while being a 2D game :D

i think the concept of having to decipher a language is pretty interesting, though the first puzzle still makes no sense for me after deciphering the language, i'll try my best to solve it, maybe i'm just overlooking the obvious.

figured it out, i was indeed overlooking the obvious by thinking too complicated. though i personally think the area after it is a bit confusing to navigate, because it seems you don't always look in the direction you're heading. the puzzles themselves and the atmosphere are both perfect though.

Hi JvdB01 I'm Simona, one of the two Similia.
Thank you so much for the beautiful comment :D
Yep the first puzzle was intended to be "friendly", in our mind :D
About the navigation in the paths, you have always the visual of your direction. Meaning that when you come back it's like you turned yourself, so you see the back view of the path you have just walked (like a fake 3D) :D
The paths of the entire tree are a big puzzle, in wich you have to understand where you are. But if you want I can give you a map :D

hehe, a map would be pretty useful, i like exploring the area but when i've already done that and just can't get back to areas i've already found it tends to distract a bit from the actual mystery. also, i think i've found a bug, when you check the plate at the lens after activating it, (i'm sorry if this sounds vague, i tried to make a screenshot but for some reason it doesn't work with this game, fullscreen or windowed) the lens resets and there doesn't seem to be a way to get it back, including the original method. (unless it's supposed to do that and i just didn't see it)

I've sent you a PM with the map, about the plate I've checked the game and to see again the activated lens, go down the stairs and then return to the sundial, you will see the correct image (it was only a link problem) :D

I have to look at how to send you a map without spoil here.(remember this is not a Casual game :D ). I hope you enjoy the game even without map and for the moment I can tell thinks rings.
As for the screenshot, even I couldn't make them during testing, maybe it's a peculiarity of Visionaire Studio. I'll have to ask them.
About plate.... yep this is a bug, fortunately it's not important and does not create problems to the game, but I have to fix it. None of the beta tester has clicked two time on the sundial eheh. Thanks a lot for the info.
