Ilb Maker allows to encode custom ILBs for Age of Wonders, starting from any type of bitmap.

1 - Add filtering features: from the Filter icon on the toolbar you may open the Filter Tool Window to set a lot of different filters on the images. A preview window will show the effect on current selected image, however during 'Make' task the filters will be applied to all pictures. For now filters may be only added or removed, not modified: you have to delete and recreate it.
2 - Add the Shift X and Shift Y fields: they are in the ilb, so why not to show them?

little tips about use:
1 - Left Area: list of the images that will be put in the ILB (not tested with more than 700 images, but the code should be able to incremend by 600 images is needed). Can add 1 or more images or delete selected ones by commands in context menu or Ins - Del keys
2 - Right-Top Area: setting for selected picture(s). You may set the type and subtype of the picture(s). Subtype 3 allows to specify blending. The hack combobox allows to specify the unknow 'clip_x' field in some picture formats.
3 - Right-Top-Right: displays the original loaded picture and the resized one (transformet to 8bit or 16bit)
4 - Right-Bottom Area: preview pictures of all 8bit and 16bit images
Now the commands available on the toolbar:
1 - Load from folder: load all bitmaps from a single folder. If named like units should be (pippo_Attack...bmp) it will assign to 100.. - 200.. - 300.. etc, otherwise will compact to begin
2 - Open Ilb: import images from an existing ilb (if Debug Log Messages are enabled, some exra information will be print while reading the ilb).
3 - Elaborate Images: convert all pictures to target type according to selected 'scale mode' and 'interpolation mode'. Parameters are customizable for each image.
4 - Make ilb: create the ilb, a dilog will popup to choose it's name.
5 - Make batch: select a folder, then it will explore each subfolder to create automatically the ILBs according to default settings.
6 - Default settigs: set the type of autocreated images.
1 - the interpolation mode may cause artifacts in the resized image, so try each of them for best result.
2 - open an existing ilb to know the type of images it use.
