The Rajas Kingdoms 4.5 file

I have tested various civilizations, and I found some lacking, and others I mention here because I tested and did not decide to change anything yet.

This file goes into Program Files -- Steam -- Steam Apps -- common -- Age2HD -- resources -- _common -- dat, and replaces the file. The Backup is included as empires2_x2_p1.old, and all you do is remove the .old extension and have it replace the new file if you want to go back to regular HD Edition.

The Patch Notes are as follows:

General:

SLAVS Balanced, TURKS Balanced, FRANKS Balanced, BERBERS Balanced, BURMESE Balanced.
GOTHS Balanced, VIETNAMESE Balanced, TEUTONS Balanced, ITALIANS Balanced, KHMER BALANCED.

Swordsmen -15 Food, -0 Gold (45 Food, 20 gold)!

Boyars: Boyars 1.45 speed (1.4), Elite Boyar +1 damage (15), Boyars -2 s train time (21, 18)!

Throwing Axemen: Elite Throwing Axemen +1 pierce armor (1)!

Janissaries: -5 food (55 food, 55 gold)!

Aramabai: -10 wood (70 wood, 60 gold)!

Camel Archers: 1.45 speed (1.4)!

Huskarls: +2 vs archers (8, 12)!

Rattan Archers: -5 wood (45 wood, 45 gold)!

Teutonic Knights 0.70 speed (0.7)!

Condotierros +1 pierce armor!

Khmer Battle ELephants +25% faster (up from +15%)!

This work I took a little thinking about, and these were the most pressing changes. Khmer had 36% winning rate, Vietnamese 42%, so I thought of improving those civilizations most.
