A Cozy Creature Collection and Management Game Windows

The game will take place in a world, not that different from ours. The player will compose and play their own character and will be given a plot of land to manage, this plot of land can be customized, altered, and extended to attract and accommodate different, and often cute, creatures. There won't be a clear cut end goal, but rather a lot of different sub goals for the player to achieve at their own pace. The activites will be many, including small scale farming, housing, and town activites, but the main focus are the creatures and their well being (?).
