WoW Server CD-Key Inclusion Thread

I have found a website that is linked to the WoW Beta server. It has an inclusion form where you can add any cd-key and it'll let you register it. The only catch is it must be formatted such as:

___#a-#aAAa-##a#A-A###a-AAAa#

A = any capital letter
a = any lower-case letter
# = any number
___ = first three digits of your ip address (if it's less than 3, include 0's in front)

does this mean you can play WoW illegally without buying it? yes or no.
