I'm currently developing a title called Assasins but I am worrying if I will get sued if I do. By sued I mean by Ubisoft who created Assasins Creed. So will I. If I will, can somebody give me like another name for the game. I was kinda thinking something like Disciples of the Dark.

Talk about a waste of art :).

I don't think Ubisoft specifically will sue you but there are so many games and movies with the word "assassin" in the world I'd work out an original name that stands distinctively for my game.

By the way there is already a game called "DISCIPLES OF THE DARK GODS" (2008) so I recommend you to not use that name, sorry :/

Based on the word and the image you've provided you might suffer a potential issue depending on how popular the game gets. With the word Assassin and a white hooded figure it bears a likeness to the Assassin's Creed series and its characters. Though this would be enough for them to make a copyright claim it might simply end there. Lots of companies make claims simply to establish they own the copyright with no intention of actually continuing legal proceedings. For example, King, the makers of Candy Crush Saga issued a copyright right claim against The Banner Saga simply because it included the word Saga (which is retarded, but it still happened). It seems they had no intention of shutting the Banner Saga down but they most likely did it because if they didn't make the claim now, they might lose the ability to claim later.

Note that technically any copyright holder can make a claim against anyone at any time for any reason so it's not exactly cut and dry. Whether or not the claim has merit is another question. Ubisoft may see a white hooded figure and the word Assassin and strike to make a claim, but if the game is different enough they wouldn't have a case. If your game was clearly piggybacking off the Assassin's Creed series (a stealth action adventure game with a focus on travelling through history and murdering famous figures) then they would have a stronger case. However a small indie game like yours probably wouldn't grab their attention unless it became insanely popular.

In short, you're probably fine, but if you start getting as lot of attention you may want to make a few subtle design and name changes.

I would think getting sued by Ubisoft over that would be one of the best ways to achieve free viral marketing, certainly worth it if you have nothing to lose....
