Hi! I wanted to making games&modules but I don't know where can I start. Can anyone tell me whic programs, (includes: modelling, maping etc.) programming languages should I know and where can I download these programs? (I want moddoing for Mount&Blade)

The programming language you should learn depends on the engine you are going to use, an easy 2D/3D engine would be Unity3D (Javascript/C#) for making games.
If you want to make 2D games only, an easy engine would be RPG Maker which uses Ruby.

When it comes to modding, some games use their own language (Skyrim uses Papyrus, for instance) which you will have to learn for the sole purpose to mod that particular game (but it is easier to learn it if you know a language prior to that); I do not know about Mount&Blade (google it for more information).

Last but not least, you can use many different programs to model and map, a good free one you could try is Blender;
With that, you can model stuff and also model whole indoor scenes, as for outdoor scenes, you will probably find it easier to use the engine that often provides a world editor.

Thanks. Well do you know where can I start about modding?

Modding is different for every game, if you mean modding Mount&Blade, as I said earlier, I do not know anything about that game, therefore I googled "Mount&Blade Modding" (This is a good start) and found right away some things you could find useful:

A complete guide with pictures:
Forums.taleworlds.com

This is a series of tutorials, many useful links all in one place:
Forums.taleworlds.com
And finally, some youtube videos, one showing the making of a sword (Look at the programs used in the video, you may want to get those, such as blender mentioned earlier to model or Gimp to Create/Edit textures):
Youtube.com

And a classic tutorial, like the complete guide with pictures above, but as a video (Some people may prefer to watch a video and learn rather than read, maybe even do both), also give a look at the related videos at your right, there seems to be even a series titled "Morgh's Editor Tutorial Part 2 - Adding and Editing Units ", obviously start from part 1:
Youtube.com

Those should, at least, be of some help to begin, once this is not enough or you would like a tutorial on something specific, just use google, something like: "Mount&Blade how to make a sword" or "Mount&Blade modding tutorials" and such, in short, just do some research, save the links that look useful and then review them once you think you saved up enough and learn what you were aiming to learn (Be it making a sword or using a particular tool).
