Wheel of Time mod for Rome total war Thread

Hey guys, i'm pretty new here and i had an idea, i want to make a Wheel of Time (the book series) mod for the most epic strategy game: Rome total war. Somebody already started the creation of that mod but the mod died i think and i really wan't a Wheel of Time mod for RTW. BUT i have no idea how to make it because i don't know how to mod (anything) so i wanted to ask you guys if you can help me (please? ).
