What Makes AwesomeNauts Fun? Thread

I was playing AwesomeNauts the other day and I thought I'd make a thread about what you think makes the game fun? I can't seem to put my finger on why I keep playing it. Post your thoughts, feelings, and anything else that gets your point across why this game is fun, or why it is not fun.

I found it fun at first but after they started adding new characters and such I found the balance in a sore spot.

Never mind the purple map from hell. That has to be one of the worst examples of level design I've ever seen.

I haven't touched the game in months though due to the balance issues. For example, why in the hell in the "sniper" class unable to purchase the range upgrade as one of the first skills? No, you have to grind to be able to make the sniper an actual sniper. And even then the sniping mechanic could of been better implemented.

I can only play that game for less than 10 match (for 10$ it mean 1$/match lol), it seem boring sorry.

Maybe it's the fact that it's a lot of bang for your buck?

I dunno, it's one of the few MOBA games that can hold my attention. I just enjoy the side scrolling, skilled based beat'em up style of the game. I haven't played in a while though. When I stopped playing balance was needing some work but eh.. I might just boot it up again.
