You would never have the players actually being together, because 1 would just follow the other and in no way would that be fun. They would have to work together (starting far apart from one another) to achieve a common goal. That is the only way i can see something like this working. Or 1 person plays the hacker or something, they can direct the player on the floor and they would have to disarm traps, open doors or create problems in general for the enemies via hacking mini games. But who wants to be Otacon when they could be Snake? Edit: Formatting, grammar, spelling, etc Edited by: Thr111 |

I can't say about success chance as I don't know people's taste but IMO stealth coop is unique concept I've played and heard games with coop genre but not with combined with stealth element If I were to play stealth coop game by myself, it won't be much problem as I'm used to that game My concern with stealth coop genre is how to control 2 characters so none of them will get caught. Unless, you're planning one to act as decoy while the other is the one who isn't supposed to get caught, now that would work Or maybe your stealth coop concept is similar to this game? It obviously always comes down to execution, but I'd say it's worth a try. You do have those big Tom Clancy stuff and that, but nothing actually does purely Stealth co-op. It's always a co-op game where you can be stealthy. The only thing I can think of is Splinter Cell, which is now getting old. So I'd say there's definitely space for you to show off. -- I write, compose, record, produce and play music. If you have anything to record, mix, write etc. You have me! Looking specifically for a bigger game project. |
