[Wanted] Half Life 2 Coder Thread

Hi all, I am in search of a coder who would be dedicated enough to help me and my team out on modding H/L 2 into an offroad game. The game will be multi player, and will hopefully have the following features:

Lockers
Winch
Damage
Realistic Physics
Different ground textures effect how the vehicle reacts and drives.

We want to make it an all-round offroading game, with rock crawling, sand runnin, trail riding, and mudding all in one. I and a couple others have already started modeling a couple vehicles. Heres a link to the forum:
