Waiting for desura Reply about a game payed but removed. Thread

Hi, im looking for an answer, already tried to contact with indiedb.com but never get a reply from them.
The problem is a bought this game :

Indiedb.com

The game was available for purchase and i bought it :

The transaction ID from paypal was #19F6760181057262K

But when i tried to download the game wasnt available, then i wait and since the game wasnt available i open a dispute on paypal,
two hours later the game was available then i close the dispute on paypal.

And later i get a email from indiedb.com saying the next :

An error has occured completing your purchase on Desura with the confirmation ID #2490128, you have not been charged. To activate and begin playing any games, gifts and items listed below, you will have to retry purchasing them on Desura.

THE PROBLEM IS I PAY FOR IT, I NEVER GET A REFUND AND THE TRANSACTION WAS DONE ENTIRELY, WAS CHARGED IN MY CREDIT CARD
AND I DONT HAVE ANYMORE THE GAME BECAUSE YOU REMOVE THE GAME FROM MY ACCOUNT.

PLEASE CHECK ALL THE PROOF I'VE SEND TO sales@indiedb.com
AND IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME JUST SEND A EMAIL TO PAYPAL TO SOLVE THIS BECAUSE I WANT MY GAME BACK.
