Uploaded Video Has No Audio Thread

Hello, I just uploaded a video and after it processed I realized that there's no audio. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Update: Never mind, I figured out a work around.

Could you share what the workaround was? I'm having the same problem here.

I converted it to .avi. It wasn't working with .mp4.
