Unreal Games UPK Extractor? Thread

Hello All,

I'm wanting to start modding an Unreal game called Nether, unfortunately I can only get my hands on the cooked version of the game so unable to access the .UPK files. Is there a way to extract the upks from the cooked files or anyway in which I can get the maps (I have these) to open in UDK without the UPKs?
