Trigun: Angels of Gunsmoke - HL MOD Thread

I am the leader of the new Trigun HL mod. Our temp site is at, www.freewebs.com/hltrigun.. We are gettin a host from www.halflife.org and will have a new site. We currently only have 4 people on the mod team. We would be gratefull if we could get more help. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

No, i just found this forum today.. lol. We've been trying to start this mod since around Christmas. We just now got off our butts, and started production.

In our discussion, I brought up on just how the game would play out, so how do you plan on making the game flow?

Why? Did you guys really want a Trigun mod bad or something? I would be greatfull if anyone would be interested in helping with the mod.

No, it would be nice to have. But still, my question goes unanswered. Just how do you expect to make a Trigun mod and keep it true to the series?

Sorry I didn't see your question before I had posted, my apologiez. Any how, we plan to have it 4v4, all the major characters, and each has: Primary, secondary weapon, melee, and a special attribute. For instance, when you get up a special for Vash or Knives, you will unleash the angel arms, and so forth. If you visit the temp site, you can read in the "about" section.

hmm, interesting ... any single player story?

Well.. im sure you hear this alot from other mods, but.. we want to get out the multi player first Maybe we will do a single player for all you die hard fans! hehe

What?.There is no Trigun mod out that I know of probably a Japanese game that was not released in the US.

Thanks. Yea, we currently have 4 team members: Myself, plus 2 mappers, and a modeler... We really need all the help we can get. We have the potential.. i know that, but we really need help.

Oh BTW, before i forget. We are going to convert all of this Trigun mod, onto HL2 when it comes out. So i hope you all will anticipate it more and more

i also came up with the name but im not trying to take all the credit or brag. Since we have an awesome modeller and another great mapper man.

any who, the mod looks good and i like the gfx on the site. being a fan of trigun i would love to see such a mod progress and be released. i hope you guys get all the help you need, cause im counting on a trigun mod
