Quackzilla Eagle Scout	not just counter-strike it covers everything from brushes and entities to making maps in notepad and creating vehicles even a way to change the map layout or type every time a new round starts! Countermap.counter-strike.net it has a few CS mapping tutorials for things only found in CS that allow mappers complete control oveer gameplay
