Hey everybody, I'm new to IndieDB It's not very fancy or anything, but it gets my initial goal across. My question is, based on this information, are you interested in the game? Would you play it? What isn't very clear? What more do you want to know? This weekend, I'm uploading another video (about 25 minutes in length) filled with a lot more specific details on the game and will detail what separates me from the games I discussed in the video. Thank you all for your time! |

It is nice you talk a lot but people here want to see examples, like screenshots or even hand-drawn concepts. |

Thanks for your response! Yeah, I agree. I hope to, this weekend, post a video with some real visuals and some more specific details. I just thought this first video that I created in order to explain the bigger core concepts of the game was the place to do that. |

I think if you are to get people really interested you should also talk about your current development or how you are planning to make it and what progress you have made in the development process, back this up with concept art or a tech demo. There are some ambitious ideas in there and you don't want people exiting your video because they don't think you are able to do the project. I also think a 25 minute video is really long. I would separate them into 4 minute chunks each with a different header and release them over a a short span of time, that way you get more news coverage and appear more active. People in general will have a lot more time for a quick 4 minute video as appose to 25 because they know they can finish the video, a 25 minute video you may find people tuning out. |
