I am developing a source mod; I am not sure what it will be called but the game-play is going to be an awesome super hero brawl fest in first person with fast paced inventive movement. I am going to implement different movement types and attack strategies for each character the player can choose from. Most characters will be generic super hero types of people; like Batman and Superman. The combat is going to focus on close combat but having the environment be a large component to the combat itself. Like lets say Superman is fighting Iron Man and Superman punches Iron Man through a barn; I want the game to simulate that on both ends. I think it would be awesome to see the first person view of someone punched through a building. That being said I don't want the game to feel clunky. I want the combat seamless and fast paced but still paced enough for players to pick it up easy. If you have ever seen Ultimate FootBall Showdown on Garry's Mod; it's a great game with cool tackle dynamics but it still feels super clunky and getting tackled is a pain because you flop around for a few seconds.
I want to make sure the stuns with attacks seem fair and the ragdolls not look like shit. Also I want the game to be strongly physics based, the game in essence is a first person super hero simulator. People are gonna get gibbed from bombs, death rays, large objects and most importantly: super powered mega hero firsts of steel.
I want the game to be in the first person view of the actual player model so the experience is what is actually be viewed in and out of first person. Also it will make it easier for player collision so it be more seam lined. The help I was wanting was someone to guide me in the ways to achieve the things I want for the game.(Good guides for modding movement stuff) Much help would be appreciated.:de:

Bumping this, I want some feedback. Maybe some help?
