Hello fellow ModDB forum members!
As you can see in the title, i've had a problem with the steam version of HL SDK since i upgraded to Windows 8.1.
I'm pretty sure that my configs are the same as they were back in windows 7, but still this error only started to popup in WIN8.1.

I had been running the same partition paths since windows 7, but suddenly it started doing this when i upgraded..
I greatly appreciate any information about this error. Thank you for your time and your help.
