StarCraft StarDraft help needed. I'm confused. Thread

I'm not exactly good with StarDraft, and I need a little help. How do you change the names of the units and their weapons? Also, I'm having problems with my goliaths, scouts, wraiths, and I don't know what else. The scouts either have reversed weapons;they attack ground with the weapon I set to Air and they attack air with what I set to Ground. If that doesn't happen they'll only have 1 weapon, and can attack ground and air with it. Please help this person that is utterly confused and has no clue how to do those things or how to add his own sounds. Thank you.
