stalker cop, arsenal overhaul mod Thread

hi
i'm new here an haven't had any problems before.
i've downloaded the above mod and clicked to open/install
i follow readme instructions for non steam
i select the 'cop' folder for the gamedata install and the following message appears with every file failing.
'the system cannot find the path specified'
every file says the same

i have 'complete 2009' installed, could this cause problems?
the same happens with 'bin file' install

am i doing something wrong? cop was working fine this morning.
