Sins of a Galactic Empire (star wars mod for sins of a solar empire) will not load Thread

I am very new at this so please go slow. I recently downloaded the star wars mod for Sins Rebellion, Sins of a galactic empire from this site but for some reason unknown to me it wont even load, I'm talking no loading screen, no star wars music, nothing. It wont even let me pick a star wars faction to play as, It just gives me the original factions from the game. I downloaded it and them uncompressed it with WINRAR, I changed the "EnabledMods" file acording to the ReadMe that came with the download. But for some reason it just wont work. When i have downloaded mods for this game in the past everything worked perfectly. But with this mod it wont work at all. It will even say that the mod is enabled in the "in-game" mod manager but it will still only let me play the original game. I've downloaded it three times and there has been no change. I am very confused and a little frustrated. Does anyone else know what to do or has had the same problem???????????
