Seven Hour War need coder + modeler Thread

Hey I'm making a mod about the Seven Hour War, an even that occured in between HL1 and 2. I am looking for a coder, and a modeler. I will accept new or experienced.

Here is the mod info:

As some of you may think that a Seven Hour War Mod = seven hours long, it is not. It should show the Portal storms, how the Combine took over Earth, and the aftermath of the war. I think that this could give some insight to what happened while Gordon wasn't around. It would be a pure first person shooter, as if you actually the character and not seeing yourself in the third person.

Singleplayer: You are a civllian, going about your daily life until one day, Portal Storms occur. Monsters everywhere, therefore you, the character, must fight your way back to your house to grab your gun. Then the military steps in to evacutate everyone in the cities that have been heavily affected by the Portal Storm. Then soon after the Combine attack, teleporting their Citadels and armies of synths to the world. It will also show the aftermath of the war.

Help wanted:

Coder - would involve adding new weapons to the mod and others
Modeler - would involve modeling new weapons, vehicles, characters

i was wondering if the seven hours war was a sneaky gameing metaphor for the 'Six Day War' of 1967. i dont what the developers politics are like but if that were so it would place the combine as Israel (who won the war taking over the Gaza Strip, the Sinai Peninsula, the West Bank, and the Golan Heights and everyone who lost (Egypt, Jordan, and Syria). the combine like the israelis were millitarily far superior.....
a strange coincidence? i think not...

I never really thought of it that way, i thought of it as an invasion by the combine.

yeah so did i but then i started doing 20th century hostory at college and any rational thought went out the window
they make you interpret just about anything
