SEASMOD for Paraworld is not functional Thread

I have installed the SEASMOD for Paraworld multiple times, and it just doesn't seem to work. I am running Windows XP SP3, and the game runs fine with no mods added. It runs the same exact way with the mods added.

It seems to me that the mod is in the correct place in the program files of Paraworld.

I've tried moving the SEASMOD folder around inside the base folder, and that doesn't seem to work either. The only thing I can think of that may work is to individually move the files out of the mod folder into the correct places of the data folder. I'm no expert at this, so I need some help to get this mod to work.
