Searching for UI designer Thread

Hello. I am searching for a UI designer to help me with my game Celosia. The job will probably take under 15 minutes and is simple (for someone that knows what hes doing). I just need some sliders, text box and maybe some other small images. My only requirement is that you can make them in under 1-2 weeks from the date of understanding the job and that the images are in .png.
