Requesting feedback on game utility Thread

Hello all, new to the forums here.

I was looking for feedback / constructive criticism on a project I recently started on.

It is a virtual keyboard overlay program that is windowless and transparent.

I know there are programs out there like Nohboard, GGGG (Gop Gop Goop Goop) and HotVirtualKeyboard to name a few. None of them hit what I was looking for in a program (Transparent, windowless, one monitor, all keys including keypad, ability to lock-out keys, unclickable when running, skinnable interface).

I was wondering if other people would be interested in an application like this or if I'm just adding another program to an over-saturated market.
